Our New Office

On September 30th volunteers helped move the WCPA out of storage and into our new space at the Sprinkler Factory (38 Harlow Street, Worcester).  It is filled with light during the day, has high ceilings and is adjacent to the East Gallery on the second floor of the building.  A team is organizing our library, sorting out duplicates and getting it set-up for use.

We would love to be able to open the library during the gallery's open hours on Saturday and Sunday.  To do that we will need some fresh volunteers to open the office and talk about the WCPA.  Email wcpaboard@yahoo.com you are interested in this volunteer opportunity.

The WCPA board meets on the 1st Wednesday each month in the space between 7:00 and 8:30pm.  Meetings are open to members and are a great way to check out the new space (and learn about how the Association works).

WCPA President Rushelle Frazier is running an open mic in the space on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Wednesday of each month.  That reading starts at 7:00pm as well.  Check the Thirsty Verb Open Mic Facebook page for updates.

Come check out our new office when you have a chance.
